ANDRC CHARTER BREEDER: KELSEY PARTIPILO

Kelsey got her start in Dwarfs long before she could even see over a 4-H show table.  She followed in Pat and Kristi's footsteps and began showing her Dwarfs in Open & Youth shows, earning her Charter Breeder Certificates in 2004 (Open) and 2005 (Youth).  She also achieved a Senior Master Showman award at the Clackamas County Fair in 2006.

Kelsey plans to attend Portland State University in the Fall of 2008 to study for her degree as a Special Needs Teacher.  She graduated with honors from Oregon City High School, and is working her way through the summer at two different jobs.
